The staff were phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful.

We had to get used to walking up 4 flights of stairs, and issues associated with an old building. However, the oldness of the building and its nuances grew on us and added to the charm.

Very nice hotel with very good location-close to the train station and the city centre- about 15 min. walk.We travelled as family of four and used quarter room,The room was big with enough space for four people and lovely view to the city centre and Del Doumo. Basic breakfast with nice coffee.

Hotel was in a nice place across from a park and was walking distance from everything.

The bed was less than desirable and the breakfast was a little light.

Not sure but think they had bed bugs. We got lots of bites. I know they had mosquitoes and little flies. We had to keep the windows closed to prevent bugs but we still got torn up. Took several days to get over them

The staff was nice and the view was very picturesque. Its about 5-10 min from the railway station, and not far from the center

Small room and extremly small bathroom! As usual in italy breakfast was very poor

Familiarity, nice style, not pretending anything, good service, nice employees, clean, decent and trustworthy and very cozy..

The people were nice, the rooms were clean, breakfast was ok.

The location is very good. I also like the stuffs and breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is quite central and is walking distance to many attractions in the city. Its about 10 minutes walk to the famous leather market and piazza duomo. The hotel room is quite small but it was ok as we were gone mostly during the day and only came back at night. The hotel staff are very friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast selection is very limited but the best cappacino I've tasted in life! :)

Old and tired hotel. Shower blocked. Entrance on third floor using very old (and small) lift.

Good basic breakfast, clean rooms, big towels, warm water on the shower, comfy beds great view (you could see the top of the cathedral and even to the hills on the other side of the river). The room was decorated in a way that I would call a Florentine style (not modern, but nice). There was a minibar, and if you wanted to put your own things in there it cost 5 euros (I can't remember if it was per day or for the whole stay). We only stayed for one night and we could leave our luggage in the hotel after check out, wich was good since our flight left in the evening. The location was good, within a walking distance from the train station (about 15min) and the city center (maybe 10min to the cathedral). It was located in the park next to the train station.

No safety deposit in the room.

Very convenient location. Within walking distance to the Duomo and the nightlife (bars, clubs etc). Good for the price.
